Caddie Parking:
Caddies will park in Lot C and must show caddie badge upon entering parking lot. There will be a cart shuttling from parking lot to the Clubhouse.
Caddie Hospitality & Dining:
Caddie dining is located in the cart facility in the lower level of the clubhouse.

Course evacuation will be done with vans.
Caddie Souse/Significant Other Information:
Caddie Spouse/Significant Others and or Caddie Guests are permitted in Caddie-designated areas.
Caddie spouses will park in Lot D. Please be prepared to show your 2024-2025 PGA TOUR issued credential to access Lot D.
Dining is located in the cart facility in the lower level of the clubhouse.

Steve DiMeglio Celebration of Life

Please join the PGA TOUR and Golf Writers Association of America (GWAA) in honoring the life of longtime golf writer Steve DiMeglio who passed away on January 1, 2025, after a valiant battle with cancer. The Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, March 10 at 4 p.m. at The Patio, located between 16 tee and 18 green at THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass.

Caddies can request two (2) Stadium Passes per day at Caddie Registration. (additional Stadium Passes per day available, upon request).

General Information:
THE PLAYERS is excited to unveil amenities and experiences for all caddies in an upgraded caddie dining and lounge suite courtesy of Levelwear. Caddie Dining and Lounge is located in the cart facility & TPC Sawgrass Caddie Lounge in the lower level of the clubhouse. We are excited to provide a masseuse, barber, barista service and gifting experience throughout the week.
Sustainability
Positively impacting the Northeast Florida community is a priority of THE PLAYERS Championship, and this year we have committed to creating positive outcomes for our local environment as part of that. In 2025 THE PLAYERS Championship is reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, diverting more materials from landfill, and tracking our stakeholder footprint.
We are implementing several sustainability improvements:
• All players and caddies will have access to refillable YETI water bottles.
• Transitioning all single use plastic water bottles in player and caddie areas to 100% recyclable aluminum water bottles.
• Refillable water stations on hole #2 and hole #10, as well as refillable water stations in the Locker Room, Caddie Lounge, and the Player Performance Studio.
Your support and participation in these efforts plays a key role in our organization’s mission to reduce our environmental footprint and positively impact the communities where we play.

Continuous shuttles for players, caddies and family members will run from the Clubhouse Player Entrance to and from #17 starting at 4:15 PM until end of the event. Food and beverages will be provided in the suite.
Caddies will receive two (2) Stadium Passes per day. Caddies must request the tickets at caddie registration. Tickets will then be sent via TicketMaster after the Caddie registers.
Complimentary tickets are provided for the use of yourself or your guests. Resale is not permitted. The respective Host organization and the TOUR reserve the right to revoke any ticket and cancel all associated ticket privileges for violation of this policy and/or any term or condition of use.
